Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,


I pray we all realize that we are indeed blessed to serve our Lord and God. The verse above is one I have pined to my computer monitor. For the last month or two I have been meditating on this verse every morning and asking that God would use me to stir others up to love and good works. The KJV says to “provoke unto love and to good works” and the NIV says to “spur one another on toward Love and good deeds.” The more I pray about it the more I see the need for a church wide effort in which we daily consider each other.
My Prayer today is that God, through the power of His Spirit as we are obedient to His Word, will use us “as we consider how to stir each other up” to get each other excited about our mighty God and the Love he has for us and in turn the love we have for each other.
Will we be faithful to our faithful God and consider one another. Today, let us pray that we will be used by God to make an eternal difference. When we are obedient to His Word we will truly experience the love and fellowship of Christ. In this we will truly experience what He intends His church to be. Therefore, let us consider one another.
